KSE Institute estimates direct damage to Ukraine at $197.5 billion as of February 2026, up 16% from November 2024. Housing remains the hardest-hit sector at $65.9 billion, followed by transport at $42 billion. Energy-sector damage rose 25% to $18.3 billion.
