Ukraine to End VAT Exemption on Imported Goods Bought via Foreign Marketplaces

Ukraine’s government has approved a bill that would end value-added tax (VAT) exemptions for imported goods bought through foreign marketplaces. Authorities say the move could bring in more than Hr. 10 billion (roughly $223.3 million) a year and would not take effect before 2027.
