Ukraine Seeks Billions From EU for Patriot Missiles

Ukraine has requested several billion euros from the EU’s €90 billion support loan to buy PAC-3 Patriot air defense missiles. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said member states are reviewing the request and expressed confidence about its progress. Since June, the EU has disbursed €8.5 billion from the loan for Ukrainian drones and missiles.
