Ukraine’s UN Envoy Demands Action Against Russia’s ‘Ballistic Terror’ at Security Council

Ukraine’s UN Ambassador Andriy Melnyk told the Security Council that Russia is already losing its war, accused Putin of deliberately terrorizing Ukrainian civilians with ballistic missiles and demanded sweeping sanctions and action against Moscow’s abuse of its UN veto.
