Ukraine Hit 12 More Russian Shadow Fleet Ships in August

The commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert “Magyar” Brovdi, announced that 12 additional Russian “shadow fleet” vessels were struck between Aug. 1 and 8 in the Black and Azov seas. This brings the total number of vessels hit under “Operation MoLoChKa,” which began on July 6, to 218 (134 in the Sea of Azov and 84 in the Black Sea). Brovdi declared that shipping through the Kerch Strait has been effectively blockaded for 30 days.
