Ukrainian forces have struck a Russian oil refinery in Yaroslavl, located 700 km inside Russian territory, as part of an ongoing campaign against Russian energy infrastructure. President Zelensky confirmed the attack and noted a separate strike on another refinery in Syzran, marking the eleventh such attack on that facility.
