Ukraine Appoints 16 New Judges to High Anti-Corruption Court

President Volodymyr Zelensky appointed 16 new judges to the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) on Aug. 21, assigning 11 to the first instance and five to the Appeals Chamber.
