Ukraine and Russia exchange attacks as Kyiv buys new ATACMS

Overnight drone and missile attacks killed several and injured dozens more in both Ukraine and Russia. As Kyiv seeks to defend itself it has now reportedly finalized a deal to buy US missile systems from Turkey.
