BRASILIA, June 4 - The U.S. designation of Brazil's Comando Vermelho (CV) and Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) as foreign terrorist organizations, effective Friday, could disrupt cooperation against drug and arms trafficking, Brazilian sources said.
