Typhoon Obet exits PAR, says Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon Obet exited the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Monday at around 9:30 p.m., the state weather bureau reported. According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Obet was last spotted 1,310 kilometers east-northeast of Extreme Northern Luzon, packing a maximum wind speed of 155 kilometers per hour
