Two teens charged in death of 17-year-old girl on Manitoulin Island

Two teens face second-degree murder charges after a 17-year-old girl was found dead Monday at a residence on Manitoulin Island. Police say they believe this is an isolated incident and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
