Two killed in accident at Edappal

Two people were killed and several others injured after a private bus lost control and hit pedestrians, an autorickshaw, and a motorcycle at Edappal on Thursday morning. The victims, who were crossing the road, were not identified. They were presumed to be from Tamil Nadu.The motorcycle rider and passengers in the autorickshaw were among those injured. They were taken to hospitals at Edappal and nearby areas.The police reached the spot, cleared the traffic, and began an investigation. Local residents said the bus was speeding.
