Two held with hash oil worth ₹21.37 lakh in Hyderabad
The Commissioner’s Task Force, Jubilee Hills Zone team, along with S.R. Nagar police, arrested two alleged hash oil peddlers and seized 1.71 litres of the narcotic substance, valued at ₹21.37 lakh, in Hyderabad.The accused were identified as Poddu Mohan Rao, 41, an agricultural worker from Araku in Andhra Pradesh, and T. Bistudas, 27, also an agricultural worker from Alluri Sitharama Raju district.According to the police, Mohan Rao had been struggling financially while working in agriculture and driving an autorickshaw. He allegedly came into contact with a person from Champaguda in Odisha who was involved in selling hash oil and offered to connect him with prospective buyers.Police said Mohan Rao subsequently contacted Bistudas and another person known to them, who had earlier supplied ha
