TWO toddlers were rushed to hospital after police attended a home following concerns for their welfare. A woman, 23, and a man, 25, have been arrested on suspicion of neglect but since released on bail. Police visited the house on Wednesday after concerns for the welfare of the children, aged 1 and 2.
