Turkey upgrades airbase for giant Boeing 747 donated by Qatar to the US

Turkey spent more than 120 million dollars over eight months rebuilding the runway at Ankara’s Etimesgut Military Airport to accommodate a Boeing 747-8 donated by Qatar to the United States.
