Since Donald Trump returned to office, his administration has waged a war on supposed “wokeness” in education. On Thursday, it proposed new federal regulations that would target schools that explicitly aim to help nonwhite students. Here we go again. What exactly does this new rule say? Schools already have to meet certain requirements to qualify for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the IRS. The new rule, which has yet to be finalized but is set to take effect in May, wou
