Tropical storm maintains strength off N. Luzon, LPA dissipates – Pagasa

(Satellite image from Pagasa) MANILA, Philippines — The low-pressure area (LPA) off Itbayat, Batanes has dissipated, while Tropical storm Pilandok (international name: Krovanh) maintained its strength inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Tuesday afternoon, the state weather bureau said. In a weather advisory issued at 4 p.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical
