Tropical Storm Cristobal forms in the Atlantic and a Pacific system could threaten Hawaii

Tropical Storm Cristobal formed Wednesday in the Atlantic Ocean well west of the Azores, and a Pacific storm system could threaten Hawaii this weekend, forecasters said.
