Sheila Holian Sheila Holian died after being struck by a car in Co Mayo. A PEDESTRIAN WHO died after being hit by a car in Co Mayo has been named locally. Sheila Holian (81) of Glebe Street, Ballinrobe, died at Mayo University Hospital on Saturday from injuries sustained from being struck by a car while she was walking near her home last Thursday afternoon. She died peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Locals said the mother of four had a long association with a number of local organisations, including Ballinrobe Golf Club.
