Tributes paid to Telugu writer Raavi Sastry on birth anniversary in Visakhapatnam

The birth anniversary of noted Telugu writer Raavi Sastry (Rachakonda Viswanatha Sastry) was observed on Beach Road in Visakhapatnam on Thursday.
