Transparency International flags implementation gap in Ghana’s defence accountability systems

Head of Research at Transparency International Defence and Security, Dr Ofori Mensah, has said that Ghana has established important systems to promote accountability in the defence sector, but significant gaps remain between existing laws and their actual implementation.
