‘Trans voice therapy allowed my dad to finally hear the real me’

Speaking on the phone, hailing a cab or ordering a drink – all of it was nerve-wracking. But there was just one person that she wanted to hear her after coming out as trans – her father, who was suffering from hearing loss.
