Tragedy as cyclist killed in Dukinfield crash as driver arrested

Emergency services descended on Yew Tree Lane, in Dukinfield, shortly before 1pm on Monday afternoon (August 3).‌Greater Manchester Police says it was called out to a crash involving a car and a bicycle. The cyclist, a man in his 50s, was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.‌A man in his 20s has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving.
