Trafficking raps eyed vs Paras over alleged ‘honey trap’ scheme

MANILA, Philippines — Human trafficking charges are being considered against former Negros Oriental Rep. Jacinto “Jing” Paras over an alleged “honey trap” scheme that targeted Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, Interior Secretary Jonvic Remulla said on Wednesday. In an interview with reporters in Quezon City, Remulla said other officials were also targeted, including him, his brother
