'Toxic, intimidating and humiliating': Ex-labor secretary oversaw hostile work environment, watchdog finds

A new report from Labor Department's Office of Inspector General includes allegations that former Secretary Chavez-DeRemer "engaged in an inappropriate relationship" with a member of her security detail, and violated travel regulations and the department's alcohol policies.
