Tower Health is laying off 160 workers at Pottstown Hospital while expanding emergency department, behavioral health

The job cuts amount to 22% of the Pottstown workforce and come seven months after Tower eliminated 131 jobs at the Montgomery County facility in an earlier round of layoffs.
