Tougher rules planned for online platforms

The Trade Competition Commission of Thailand (TCCT) has unveiled a plan to crack down on the alleged unfair practices of ride-hailing and on-demand delivery platforms, while enforcing stricter regulations for credit terms between large retailers and wholesalers with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
