Tottenham were stunned 2-0 by Newcastle United as Roberto De Zerbi suffered his first home defeat as Spurs boss. The north Londoners were looking for a first win of the new Premier League season after a humbling 3-0 loss to Brentford on the opening day, but they were surprised by a Newcastle side that threw two suckerpunches, landed by Anthony Elanga and Yoane Wissa.
