Toronto police’s cold case unit to provide update on murder of 21-year-old Patrick Santos

Toronto police will be providing an update this morning on the murder of 21-year-old Patrick Santos, whose lifeless body was found bound and beaten in the backyard of his Scarborough home nearly 20 years ago.
