Toddler Killed in Kyiv Drone Strike Amid Ongoing Attacks

A two-year-old girl died on Aug. 29 after a Russian drone crashed in Kyiv’s Obolon district, while ongoing daytime strikes triggered massive fires at logistics facilities in the wider Kyiv region. The daytime attacks follow a drone strike on an ammunition warehouse in the village of Myla in the Bucha district. Secondary explosions at the Myla depot killed at least 27 people, including local official Taras Didych, and injured 42 others.
