Thom Tillis accused President Donald Trump of taking “bad advice” after Trump threatened to withdraw acting Attorney General Todd Blanche’s nomination.The Senate Judiciary Committee postponed a vote Thursday on Blanche’s nomination to serve permanently as attorney general after Tillis and Republican Texas Sen. John Cornyn opposed advancing it.Neither senator will return next Congress.
