Three workers sustain minor injuries after mud collapses at Gachibowli construction site

Three construction workers sustained minor injuries after a mound of earth collapsed on them at an under-construction apartment project spread over about 160 square yards in Gowlidoddi under the Gachibowli police station limits on Thursday (July 30, 2026).The accident occurred while workers were laying a cement bed inside foundation pits dug for the building’s pillars in the basement. According to preliminary information, a section of loose soil suddenly caved in, trapping the three labourers beneath the mud.People at the site immediately removed the debris and rescued the trapped workers before shifting them to a nearby hospital.
