Liverpool City Council has confirmed a temporary suspension of one-way traffic on George’s Dock Way and Mann Island, alongside a full closure of George’s Dock Way except for access, to allow district heating installation works, according to a public notice in the ECHO.The traffic order, made under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, will operate from August 12 to November 10, 2026, or for a shorter period if the works finish earlier.
