Three-day AITUC State conference to begin in Karimnagar on Sunday (September 6)

The three-day 4th State conference of the All-India Trade Union Congress (AITUC) is scheduled to begin in Karimnagar on Sunday (September 6).A rally of workers and other sections of the toiling masses will be organised from Dr B. R. Ambedkar Stadium to Circus Grounds on Sunday afternoon to mark the formal commencement of the State conference.The rally will culminate in a public meeting later in the day, according to the organisers.AITUC national general secretary Amarjeet Kaur, CPI State secretary and Kothagudem MLA Kunamneni Sambasiva Rao, and others will address the public meeting.The delegates’ meeting and other sessions will be held at Padmanayaka Kalyana Mandapam in Karimnagar on September 7 and 8.
