Three arrested for illegal sale of mephentermine sulphate injections in Hyderabad

The vials and syringes seized from the accused in Hyderabad. | Photo Credit: By Arrangement Three persons were arrested by the Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force (Rajendranagar Zone) for selling mephentermine sulphate injections, with police uncovering an online procurement network through which the injections were allegedly bought in bulk and resold at nearly 20 times the purchase price.The Task Force apprehended Mohammad Aejaz, 23, at Nawab Saheb Kunta in Falaknuma on Saturday (August 15) and seized mephentermine injections and used syringes. During questioning, he allegedly disclosed that he procured the injections from Mohammed Zuber alias Zubair, 30, who was allegedly the main supplier.
