Thirupparankundram lamp case: Nagenthran says SC not inclined to grant interim relief to T.N. govt.
BJP State unit president Nainar Nagenthran, on Monday, said that the Supreme Court (SC) was not inclined to grant interim relief after the Tamil Nadu government filed a petition challenging orders passed by the Madras High Court on lighting a lamp at a stone pillar near a dargah on the Thirupparankundram hill and further said that it gave him immense happiness and complete satisfaction.“Even if there are a thousand obstacles, the lamp at the stone pillar on the Thirupparankundram hill will shine”, Mr. Nagenthran said.
