There is 80,000 acres of underutilized land in Clark County, new study says

A new analysis by RCG Economics disputes a previous study that was commissioned by the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada showing there is close to 80,000 acres of underutilized or vacant land in Clark County that could still be developed.
