The slow life - Nan has resisted the pace of modern tourism

It would seem a tad strange that I am writing a travel article on Nan when it was just hit by flash floods and overflowing rivers. However, having landed in the province on the day of the bad weather warning, last Wednesday to be precise, I was barely affected by devastating changes that the climate brought.
