The last station selling gasoline in Gelendzhik — a Black Sea resort city in southern Russia — has run dry

As of the morning of August 21, only one gas station in Gelendzhik was selling gasoline: a Lukoil station in the village of Arkhipo-Osipovka. The other stations had only diesel, the city administration said.
