The Cat in the Hat is terrorising TikTok — but how did this horror trend get so out of hand?

A new fear has been unlocked — and it's wearing a top hat. Police have since issued a statement after some TikTok users became concerned a life-sized version of The Cat in the Hat was stalking the streets in the UK and Ireland.
