A Nursing and Midwifery Council tribunal hearing was told temperatures checks were put in place to ensure staff were not an 'infection risk'.‌But between March 27-28, 2021 Mrs Preyzner falsified the records of two of her fellow nurses at Lakeland View Care Centre in Heysham, Lancs.
