The Algarve cake artist whose creations win international awards

There is plenty to see at this year's Lagoa Conventual Sweets Fair, but one exhibition in particular caught our attention. Inside the São José Convent Cultural Centre is a collection of incredible cake creations by Lagoa cake artist Ana Remígio.
