Texas real estate agent Mayra Velasquez arrested for 2012 murder of woman stabbed 100 times

The arrest comes more than a decade after Chavez, 32, was found dead Jan. 20, 2012, inside her second-floor Arlington apartment with around 100 stab wounds.
