Texas newborn whose surrogate refused parents’ abortion request undergoes ‘complex’ heart surgery

An infant with a serious heart condition born to a surrogate who would not have an abortion despite alleged pressure from his biological parents and is allegedly fighting for custody has undergone surgery.
