Telangana to develop 7,448 km rural roads under HAM in first phase

The State government has adopted the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) for the construction and maintenance of rural roads, with Telangana becoming the first State in the country to take up rural road development under the model, according to the Panchayat Raj Engineering Department (PRED).
