Telangana High Court to deliver verdict on disqualification petitions against MLA Danam Nagender on September 16
The Telangana High Court will pronounce on September 16 its verdict in the two writ petitions challenging the decision of the State Assembly Speaker dismissing the petitions seeking disqualification of Danam Nagender, who contested as Congress nominee from Secunderabad Lok Sabha having won as Khairatabad MLA on BRS ticket. The bench of Chief Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh and Justice G.M. Mohiuddin, which heard contentions of the counsels for past four days, on Friday reserved orders in the two writ petitions. While one petition questioning the decision of the Speaker was filed by the Bharatiya Janata Legislature Party leader Alleti Maheshwar Reddy, the second one was filed by BRS MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy.
