Telangana govt., SCR to prepare DPRs for MMTS expansion, future rail corridors around Hyderabad

Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju on Monday called for the preparation of comprehensive detailed project reports (DPRs) for the expansion of the Multi-Modal Transport System (MMTS), development of railway terminals along the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and Regional Ring Road (RRR) corridors around Hyderabad, and acquisition of land required for future railway connectivity, including potential bullet train corridors.Chairing a high-level meeting at the Secretariat along with South Central Railway (SCR) general manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, Mr. Jaju reviewed 21 key issues related to railway infrastructure and connectivity in Telangana.
