Tehran prepares conditions to open Strait of Hormuz

TEHRAN is preparing a list of conditions for opening the Strait of Hormuz in response to requests from mediators, Iranian security chief Mohsen Rezaei said today. He added that the US must first take practical steps to meet the demands before the waterway reopens. It comes as meetings were held in Tehran amid international hopes that dialogue between the US and Iran could resume.
