Teenage motorcyclist killed in BMW collision

It does not necessarily reflect the view of The Herald. A teenager has died following a motorcycle crash in Aberdeenshire. Police said the 17-year-old was involved in a collision on the B9031 Macduff to Fraserburgh road, west of the junction for Pennan. The crash involved a black Honda CB500 motorcycle, which the teenager was riding, and happened at around 5.30pm on Monday. The 17-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
