Merseyside Police were called to Great George Street in Liverpool city centre around 1.20am on Sunday, July 17 after two 17-year-old girls riding an e-scooter crashed with a Mercedes Vito van.‌The crash left one of the teenage girls fighting for her life in hospital, while the second teenager was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, drug driving and driving without insurance.
